Upload Video / Add Video Link

How can we upload a video? And in which format? Is there any file size restriction? If anybody wants to link a video from other sites, what should they do?

To link a video from youtube or google, just write the URL(link of the video) or embed code (See below the video player) in the link or description. After save, you automatically see it as video window.
